CEEC participates in local, state, and federally supported programs that strengthen early learning, improve access to care, provide nutritious meals, and connect families with valuable community resources.
Pennsylvania
Pre-K Counts
A state-funded preschool program that provides eligible children with high-quality early learning and kindergarten preparation at no tuition cost.
Child and Adult Care Food Program
Through CACFP, CEEC provides nutritious meals and snacks that support children’s health, growth, and learning throughout the day.
Early Learning
Resource Center
ELRC helps eligible Pennsylvania families access financial assistance for childcare while connecting them with quality early learning programs.
United Way &
Success By 6
Community partnerships support school readiness, early literacy, family engagement, and healthy development during children’s most important early years.
Community Literacy Partnerships
CEEC works with local libraries, volunteers, and community organizations to encourage early literacy and help children develop a lifelong love of reading.
