Who Is Eligible?
Families must meet the program’s age, income, and Pennsylvania residency requirements.
Meet the Age Requirement
Your child must be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
Live in
Pennsylvania
Your family must be a resident of Pennsylvania.
Meet the Income Guidelines
Your family income must be at or below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
