We are hiring! The following are the recommended hourly wages for new hiring and current employees during the fiscal raises.
- $14.00/hour – Experience in childcare
- $15.00/hour – CDA or AA in related field
- $16.00/hour – AA in Education or BA in related field
- $17.00/hour – BA in Education
- $18.00/hour – BA in Education or Teacher Certificate
- $19.00/hour – MA/MS in Education without Teacher Certificate
- $20.00/hour – MA/MS in Education with Teacher Certificate
