Tuition & Fees
We are committed to providing high-quality early education at a fair value for families. Tuition is billed weekly and includes nutritious meals and snacks.
Rates effective July 1, 2026 • Weekly tuition includes nutritious CACFP meals and snacks.

Sibling Discount
Receive 15% off the oldest child’s weekly tuition when siblings are enrolled together.
Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $75 per child is due at enrollment.
Full-time, part-time, and drop-in care are available based on classroom availability. Contact CEEC for current scheduling options and applicable rates.

Important Information
Before enrolling, we want you to understand our payment schedule, enrollment policies, and other important information to help make your family’s experience as smooth as possible.
Tuition Is Billed Weekly
Tuition is billed weekly and payment is due each Friday for the upcoming week of care.
Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable $75 registration fee is required to reserve your child’s enrollment.
Withdrawal Policy
A written two-week notice is required before withdrawing your child from the program.
AFFORDABLE EARLY EDUCATION
Weekly tuition reserves your child’s enrollment and is not reduced for absences, vacations, holidays, or weather-related closures.

Making High-Quality Early Education More Affordable
Every child deserves access to high-quality early education. Carlisle Early Education Center proudly participates in tuition assistance programs that help make exceptional care and education more affordable for eligible families.
Child Care Works (CCW)
CEEC accepts CCW child care subsidies for eligible families. If your family qualifies, CCW may help cover a portion of your weekly tuition while your child receives the same high-quality care and education.
Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts
Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts provides a high-quality preschool experience at no cost for eligible children. Our program follows Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards and helps prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten.
